I know I've been jumping around a little and many people have wondered, "Where's Eileen?" Eileen arrived safe and sound a day later than the rest of us. She arrived with little to no effect from the altitude so that was good because we were able to proceed at a normal pace since we were all pretty much acclimatized by then. We visited a monastery, shopped in the square, drank tea from a rooftop overlooking the market, went to Chinese dinner, and drank a little beer to celebrate her arrival. On Diamox we're supposed to use alcohol in moderation so have debates about what that really means. We all interpret that kind of thing differently!
